Life can feel like a canvas, sometimes chaotic, sometimes a masterpiece in progress. As a therapist, I see myself as your co-artist, helping you find the colors and textures that resonate with your soul. Whether you're sketching out new possibilities or painting over past experiences, I’m here to offer a brush, a fresh perspective, and maybe even a splash of creativity.
As a therapist, my goal is to create a warm, relatable, and reliable space where you feel respected and understood. I believe that each client is unique, and I’m committed to tailoring a treatment plan that fits your individual needs. While I primarily use a cognitive-behavioral approach, I’m trained to draw from a range of therapeutic methods to best support your journey. I’m excited to walk alongside you as you grow, heal, and achieve your goals.
Experience
My clinical experience spans a variety of settings, from inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers to community mental health and private practice. I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults, addressing a broad spectrum of mental, cognitive, and developmental challenges. I particularly enjoy supporting adolescents and adult as they work to develop their identities, achieve personal goals, and navigate struggles with relationships, self-esteem, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I also have a strong background in working with those affected by addiction, whether you're dealing with it personally or facing the challenges that come with a loved one’s addiction.
