Spirit & Psyche Reflective Group
Contemplative Practices for Less Stress and Greater Presence

Are you looking to re-start or re-new a daily practice of connecting to your expansive self — or maybe begin one for the first time?

This group is a communal offering to combat the severing of connection that many of us experience in an increasingly isolated existence. It will be an opportunity for empowering self & spiritual connection in the context of communal energy.

This group will offer practical & tangible methods of integrating care for self into life. “Self care” is an actual way we can take care of ourselves. It’s a practice of turning toward ourselves with compassion and taking supportive responsibility for our emotions.

A few daily minutes of practice can become a steadying anchor that allows us to experience more of what we want to feel in life.

Facilitated by Kelli Fitzgerald, LCSW

Understanding Attachment Style

A psycho-educational group for 4-8 people, aiming to provide an understanding of what attachment is. We will debunk some of the more limiting understandings prevalent right now including that attachment style is “fixed” or that we are one style in every context. The group will focus on helpful ways of thinking about attachment beyond the context of therapy.

We will look through the lens of parenting and children as well as adult relationships. The group  will provide information on some of the subtle or more profound ways that adaptations may shift toward more secure relational experiences more of the time. Participants will experience practices developed by meditation teacher and cognitive scientist, Daniel P. Brown.
