For the person who's tired of feeling like they're never quite enough.

Maybe you're constantly second-guessing yourself. No matter how much you accomplish, there's a voice in the back of your mind telling you that you should be doing more, trying harder, or getting it right. You may find yourself caught in cycles of self-criticism, comparison, overthinking, people-pleasing, or endlessly searching for the "right" answer before you can finally relax.

Perhaps you've spent years feeling different from those around you. You learned to mask, adapt, and push through, even when everyday tasks felt overwhelming. Maybe you're wondering why things seem to take so much energy, why you're constantly overstimulated, or why life feels harder than it looks for everyone else.

Many of the teens, young adults, LGBTQ+ individuals, and neurodivergent clients I work with arrive in therapy exhausted from carrying expectations that no longer fit who they are. They've spent years trying to meet other people's standards while losing touch with their own needs, values, and sense of self. Therapy offers a space to put down some of that weight.

Together, we'll explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, whether that's perfectionism, anxiety, burnout, body image concerns, relationship challenges, masking, or the pressure to always be productive. We'll get curious about the parts of you that learned to cope in these ways while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in your daily life.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and affirming. I believe healing begins when we stop judging ourselves for our struggles and start understanding them with compassion. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic therapy, DBT, and CBT, I help clients better understand themselves while creating meaningful, sustainable change.

I also work with individuals who feel overwhelmed by their relationship with technology. Whether it's endless scrolling, comparison, information overload, difficulty unplugging, or feeling constantly pulled in multiple directions, technology can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and the people around us. Together, we'll explore ways to create a healthier relationship with technology that supports your well-being rather than drains it.

My goal isn't to help you become a different person. It's to help you better understand who you already are beneath the pressure, self-criticism, and expectations you've been carrying for so long.

You don't have to keep doing this alone.

walk-and-talk therapy

Healing doesn't always have to happen while sitting in an office.

For clients who feel more comfortable moving than sitting still, I offer walk-and-talk therapy sessions outdoors. Many people find that being side-by-side in nature creates a more relaxed environment for conversation, making it easier to process emotions, organize thoughts, and talk through difficult experiences.

The combination of movement, fresh air, and connection with nature can help reduce stress, increase mindfulness, and support emotional regulation. For some neurodivergent clients, walking can also make it easier to focus, reflect, and engage in the therapeutic process.

Whether you feel most grounded outdoors or simply think better while moving, walk-and-talk therapy offers a unique space for reflection, healing, and growth.

Experience

My experience spans inpatient, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient settings, giving me the opportunity to support people at many different points in their healing journey. I've worked alongside individuals navigating eating disorders, substance use concerns, anxiety and mood-related challenges, relationship difficulties, questions around identity, and coping patterns that may no longer be serving them. I also have a deep appreciation for the unique experiences of LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals and strive to create a space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported as their full selves.

My training includes Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work, which helps clients build a more compassionate relationship with the different parts of themselves, as well as support for concerns related to technology use and Gottman Method-informed couples work. Whether you're working through a specific challenge or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I approach therapy with curiosity, collaboration, and the belief that meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to show up exactly as you are.

A Space Where You Can Be Fully Yourself

Olivia believes healing begins with feeling truly safe. She creates a therapeutic space where you can show up exactly as you are—without fear of judgment, rejection, or the need to hide parts of yourself. Together, you’ll explore life’s most difficult moments in a relationship built on trust, authenticity, and compassion.

Reconnecting with Your Body Through Walk and Talk Therapy

Olivia views walk and talk therapy as an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, and tune into what it’s communicating. By combining movement with conversation, clients can build greater self-awareness, honor their body’s signals, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
