The journey to healing can feel overwhelming. However, it's never too late to start. I am so grateful you chose yourself today. I am here to help you on your path to healing and self discovery. Therapy is a safely curated space between you and me that allows you to be your fullest, truest self. I offer non-judgmental acceptance and unconditional positive regard while we explore the experiences that brought you to this point in life.

You may find yourself at the intersection of many dilemmas and I am here to help you process thoughts, feelings and behaviors that impact your view of yourself and the world around you. I am passionate about creating space to help clarify and untangle that which may be difficult to feel, perceive, or understand. It is my honor to join you in this transformational time. I provide collaborative holistic therapy that is person-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed. I am here to meet you where you are to provide the best support and guidance tailored to your individual needs through compassion, empathy and empowerment.

My approach incorporates various evidence-based strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy ( DBT), Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, etc. in an effort to promote increased wellness and healing.

My specialities as a woman therapist include the treatment of anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, difficult life transitions and identity exploration, relationship issues, grief/loss and trauma. I’m also experienced in assisting clients in educational/career support to help them obtain their personal goals.

Additionally, I have a keen interest in working with women of color who experience stress related to marginalization, acculturation and intergenerational conflict. I also have a strong passion for working with mothers through the lifespan of their parenting experience from infertility to wounded relationships with adult children. All stages of maternal mental health and its impacting factors are welcome for exploration.

Experience

I have worked in various settings supporting individuals of all ages and backgrounds affording me the opportunity to have a comprehensive understanding of the human experience. In my experience working with traumatized individuals, I have gained a great understanding of the systems that develop and narrate our inner consciousness and impact how individuals experience the world around them. I have diverse experience working with individuals through the lifespan who are facing various transitions and shifts in identity development such as adult caregivers, parent of teens, young adults, etc.
