Your twenties and early thirties can be full of change: new responsibilities, shifting relationships, career pressure, and big decisions about the future. From the outside, it may look like you’re holding everything together, but inside you might feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure where you truly belong. Therapy can be a place where you finally feel heard—where your physical symptoms, emotions, and questions are met with curiosity, compassion, and the time they deserve. I work primarily with young adults and emerging adults (ages 19–30) navigating anxiety, trauma, identity development, relationship stress, and the emotional weight that comes with growing into who you are. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-achieving, and deeply caring people who feel pressure to keep pushing forward - even when they’re exhausted. Together, we create a space where you can explore what’s happening beneath the surface and begin building a life that feels more aligned with your values.
My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic (mind–body) practices, and feminist psychology. Sometimes our work focuses on practical tools to help manage anxiety or burnout. Other times, we slow down and listen to what your body and nervous system may be trying to communicate. Our work together is collaborative and grounded in curiosity. We’ll move at a pace that feels supportive for you—making space for your experiences while exploring practical tools and body-based practices that can help you feel more steady, clear, and connected to yourself.
Women’s Health & reproductive experiences
Women’s health experiences can be deeply personal, complex, and at times overwhelming. If you’re navigating concerns related to PCOS, endometriosis, hormonal changes, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, birth trauma, autoimmune conditions, or chronic pain, you don’t have to carry it alone. I also support clients navigating complex or deeply personal pregnancy and reproductive decisions, including times when you may be trying to make sense of a difficult pregnancy decision. Therapy can offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to explore your feelings, values, and options—and to consider what these moments may mean for your life moving forward.
Many of my clients share that they leave medical appointments feeling unheard, dismissed, or unsure how to address the emotional side of their experience. In our work together, you’ll have space to talk openly about what your body has been experiencing and how it’s impacting your life—without feeling rushed, minimized, or questioned. As a certified Empowered Relief® Instructor through Stanford University, I can also share practical, evidence-based tools to help you manage chronic pain and improve your quality of life. I’ve completed specialized training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders through Postpartum Support International, which helps me support clients through the emotional ups and downs that can accompany pregnancy and the postpartum period.
Athletes & performers
As a former ballerina, I understand firsthand the unique pressures athletes and performers often carry—injuries, perfectionism, burnout, and the identity shifts that can occur during transitions into or out of a sport. In therapy, we focus on rebuilding trust with your body, strengthening resilience, and creating a healthier relationship with movement, performance, and self-worth.
Healthcare workers
Many of my clients are healthcare providers, nurses, or young professionals working in demanding environments where the emotional toll often goes unseen. When you spend your days caring for others, it can be difficult to find space to process your own stress, grief, or exhaustion. Our work together creates space for you to set down the weight you’ve been carrying, make sense of the emotional toll of your work, and reconnect with yourself outside of the role of caring for everyone else.
somatic therapy & mind-body healing
Many of my clients come to therapy after years of trying to think their way through their struggles. While insight can be powerful, stress and trauma often live not only in our thoughts but also in our bodies. If you’ve felt stuck in traditional talk therapy—or notice stress showing up physically through chronic pain, digestive issues, tension, fatigue, or a constantly activated nervous system—somatic therapy can offer a different approach. In our sessions, we gently explore how your body has been carrying stress and create space for it to begin releasing some of that load. This might include slowing down, noticing what feels safe or tense in your body, and learning simple practices that help your nervous system settle and reset. Over time, this mind–body work can help reduce overwhelm, ease physical symptoms, and support you in feeling more grounded, regulated, and at home in your body.
Experience
I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Midwestern University and have significant clinical experience in hospital settings, including Primary Care, Sports Medicine, Pain Clinics, and Labor and Delivery Units. My goal is to walk alongside you with warmth, empathy, and empowerment, as you take on life with confidence, resilience, and self-advocacy.

Empowering Women to Advocate for Their Well-Being
This message encourages women to stand up for their health and be heard. It’s about reclaiming your voice in medical spaces, advocating for compassionate and thorough care, and believing that you deserve to feel well, supported, and whole—no matter what challenges you face.
Reclaiming Your Life Beyond Pain
This message offers hope for those living with chronic pain or medical conditions. It’s about learning to live with pain rather than being defined by it—finding balance, acceptance, and the power to reclaim joy, agency, and a meaningful life despite challenges.
Understanding the Mind-Body Connection in Healing
This reflection explores how past trauma can manifest through the body, sometimes years later, as physical or autoimmune symptoms. It’s a reminder that emotional experiences and physical health are deeply connected—and that healing involves nurturing both the mind and body with compassion.
