Sometimes the past doesn’t stay in the past. It shows up in your relationships, your nervous system, your self-doubt, or in the quiet ways you brace yourself for what might go wrong. Therapy offers a safe place for us to pause and notice how our experiences have impacted us, and in doing so allows for exploration, healing, and growth.

I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults and emerging adults who want to understand their patterns more deeply, process painful experiences, and feel more grounded in their lives. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, identity exploration, or a major life transition, together we can create the space to slow down, untangle what feels overwhelming, and help you reconnect with yourself.

My integrated style is rooted in a relational, trauma-informed, and client-centered approach and pulls from various evidenced-based modalities based on your needs and preferences, including parts work, somatic practices, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am also trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), which is a structured therapy for trauma. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to anti-racist and anti-oppressive care. Your identity, culture, and experiences matter, and with an intersectional feminist lens we can also attend to the ways in which social forces and systemic issues influence your experiences.

You deserve a space where your story is honored and your healing unfolds at a pace that feels right. I would be honored to walk alongside you on that journey.

If interested in EMDR, please schedule a complimentary 15 minute consultation call prior to booking a session.

Experience

I have internship and employment experience in nonprofit and community mental health settings working with diverse populations who were in need of support for a variety of reasons, ranging from case management support for survivors of domestic violence to trauma informed therapy for youth. In all of my roles, I have endeavored to hold space for my clients and to foster a sense of resiliency and empowerment. My experiences have solidified my beliefs in the capacity for healing and the importance of human connection, and affirmed my passion for providing trauma-informed, non-judgmental care.
