Rae Steren, MA
Practicum Student

If you are ready to explore the depths of your identity, navigate life transitions with grace, and embrace your full potential, I invite you to join me on this collaborative journey of self-discovery and empowerment.

My work is rooted in the belief that each woman possesses inherent strength and resilience, and my goal is to help you tap into that power to create meaningful change in your life. Whether you're navigating life transitions, healing from trauma, striving for a greater sense of self, transitioning from “Maidenhood to Motherhood,” or seeking to break free from old narratives, I am here to support you every step of the way. Together, we can explore your experiences, values, and beliefs to foster self-empowerment and trust, helping you to shed old narratives and stuck points.

My approach is humanistic and existentially oriented, focusing on helping you find meaning in your experiences, even in the face of challenges. In my practice, I utilize a holistic approach that emphasizes the integration of mind, body, and spirit and I incorporate somatic approaches, mindfulness, yoga, and creative expression to foster healing and growth. Together, we can explore life's great questions like “Who am I?” and “What is the point?” while addressing practical concerns such as anxiety, depression, burnout, communication skills, and the grief and loss that often accompany life transitions.

Let’s embark on this journey together, discovering the strength and resilience within you, and create a life that aligns with your deepest values and aspirations.

“I am a woman and a warrior. If you think I can’t be both, you’ve been lied to.” ― Jennifer Zeynab Joukhadar, "The Map of Salt and Stars"
