Your relationships, your identity, and your well-being deserve space to breathe.
Whether you’re moving through a major life shift, rebuilding connection in your relationships, or navigating the physical and emotional changes of perimenopause or menopause, you don’t have to do it alone. This is a space where you can feel supported, understood, and truly seen.
I work with adults, couples, and LGBTQIA+ clients who are seeking deeper connection, greater clarity, and relief from emotional overwhelm. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative—I meet you exactly where you are and walk alongside you as we explore what’s no longer working and what’s ready to grow. If you’re longing for deeper connection in your relationship, support through perimenopause or menopause, or a space to reconnect with yourself in the midst of life’s transitions, I’m here when you’re ready. Together, we can create something steadier, softer, and more aligned with who you’re becoming.
couples & relationship support
A significant part of my work centers on helping couples rediscover connection, shift out of painful cycles, and build a relationship that feels nourishing again. Whether you’re navigating conflict, communication breakdowns, co-parenting stress, intimacy challenges, or a growing sense of distance, you deserve a space where both partners feel genuinely heard.
I integrate Emotion-Focused Therapy, Gottman-informed strategies, and Imago Relationship Therapy to help partners understand the deeper emotions, needs, and patterns driving their conflict. Together, we explore how each of you learned to love, protect, communicate, and cope - and how those early patterns shape the way you show up today. In our work, couples strengthen communication, repair ruptures, rebuild trust, and create a relationship that feels safe, supportive, and deeply fulfilling.
Perimenopause, Menopause & Women’s Life Transitions
I specialize in supporting women through the emotional, relational, and physical impact of perimenopause and menopause. These seasons often bring hormonal shifts, anxiety, irritability, identity changes, relationship strain, sleep disruptions, and a quiet questioning of who you are becoming. Many women feel alone or unseen during this time - I’m here to ensure you feel understood and supported. Together, we make sense of these changes, reconnect with your evolving body, and rebuild confidence and self-trust as you step into this new chapter of life.
LGBTQIA+ & Gender Identity Support
I’m committed to creating an affirming, inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ and queer clients. Whether you’re exploring identity, navigating relationships, or seeking a therapist who truly sees you, you are welcome here. I also support transgender and gender-expansive clients through identity exploration, transition-related changes, and the emotional or relational challenges that can arise along the way. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and centered on your autonomy - offering a space where you can feel safe, understood, and affirmed in who you are.
Experience
I’ve spent years supporting individuals, couples, and families through major life transitions, relationship stress, and identity shifts. Clients often share that my blend of empathy, humor, and practical guidance helps them feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported. My background in couples and family therapy allows me to quickly identify patterns, strengthen communication, and help clients create healthier, more fulfilling relationships. I’m passionate about empowering adults to grow into the most grounded and connected versions of themselves - both individually and within their relationships.
